GB1 · THE FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAM Gracie Barra Carlos Gracie Jr.'s school, taught the same way in every Gracie Barra room in the world: sixteen weeks, two classes a week, each class a self-defense strand and a sport strand, the situations rotating so a term covers the whole ground game once. This is GB1, the fundamentals term, whole: every numbered lesson, in the school's own words and order.
