Support

Something wrong? Tell us.

Email hello@wayofyawara.com. A person reads it. There's no ticket robot, because there's no support department. If something in the app looks wrong, say what you did and what you saw. A screenshot helps more than anything.

Reporting a post

Any post shared with you has a Report this post action that hides it on your phone and opens an email to us with the post's identifiers already filled in. Block ends the connection: their posts leave your phone and future invitations from them are refused until you unblock them in Partners.

Common questions

Do I need an account? No. There isn't one. Your training lives in Apple Health and your own iCloud.

Why does my session need Health permission? Randori writes your session as a real Martial Arts workout so it counts toward your rings, and reads your own workouts and weight to keep the record and the calorie estimate honest. Nothing is transmitted anywhere.

Do I need a heart-rate strap? No. With one, your session carries real measured heart rate. Without one, the calorie estimate is built from session length, session type, and your weight, and Randori shows you the number before it saves it.

How do I connect with a training partner? You trade profile cards in person, and both of you accept. There is no way to follow a stranger, by design.

Is the belt estimate a promise? No. It's a range read from your own training history. Your professor promotes you; no app ever will.

Do you host the technique videos? No. Lessons play through YouTube's official player, deep-linked to the moment the technique starts. The film belongs to the instructors who made it.

Delete your data

Delete a session in Randori or in the Health app and its calories go with it. Delete a post and it disappears for everyone who received it as their devices sync. Deleting the app leaves your workouts in Apple Health, where they belong; iCloud data is removable in Settings → iCloud → Manage Storage.
