A technique page answers "what is a knee cut". These answer the question from the parking lot: "I keep getting swept from butterfly, what do I do?" One spine, its branches, what to drill tonight, what to check after the round. Every claim is cited to a public coaching clip at the second; the transcript was read; sentences the coaches did not say are marked as the author's.
